The school management conducted an Orientation Programme for the parents of Class IX students with an aim to provide a comprehensive overview 

of the academic and developmental framework for the year. 

The session began with a prayer followed by a warm welcome address by our Principal, Sr Vanitha Veena. 

The parents were briefed on the CBSE curriculum structure which includes core academic subjects along with skill-based learning components. 

The importance of discipline, regular attendance and adherence to the school’s code of conduct was emphasized. 

The assessment pattern was explained in detail, covering both scholastic aspects—internal assessments and final exams—and co-scholastic 

areas such as life skills, art, physical education, and discipline. 

The focus on life skill development and value-based education was highlighted as essential for holistic growth.

The parents were also informed about the CBSE registration process for Class-X board exams with emphasis on the accuracy of student details. 

A brief introduction to career counselling was provided, outlining future sessions to help students explore their interests and career pathways.

The programme concluded with an open session where parents shared their queries and received clarifications from the school authorities.
