A seminar was organised for the teachers. It was conducted by Prof Fr. Vijay J, an eminent clinical psychologist and motivational speaker.
The programme commenced with a prayer seeking God's blessings for the successful conduct of the seminar. This was followed by a warm welcome extended to the Resource Person and all the participants. 
The main focus of the seminar was personality development and the crucial role of teachers in shaping students' character. He stressed that teachers are role models who influence the holistic development of learners through their values, attitudes and actions.
The session covered several important aspects, including motivation, mental health, self-esteem and the qualities of an effective teacher. The Resource Person encouraged teachers to maintain a positive mind set and continuously work on their personal and professional growth so that they could inspire their students effectively.
