Observing the Vigilance Awareness Week, the students of Class VII participated in poster making on the theme “Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity”. A special assembly was conducted on the same theme in which the students were sensitised about the ill-effects of corruption in the society and promotion of moral values amongst them. The whole school including the staff members took the ‘Integrity Pledge’ at the end of the assembly. A seminar was organised for the students of Class X by the members of Indian Overseas Bank. The resource persons – Assistant General Manager, Mr Shyam Sundar, Assistant Manager, Mr Anuj Katara and Vigilance Officer, Mr Puneet Garg sensitised the students about digital frauds and raised awareness about internet banking. The students were introduced to financial literacy. They were also informed about toll free numbers and sites for reporting digital frauds. The students participated enthusiastically in the seminar and raised questions to clear their concerns about online finances.
