The IBM Skill Build Program was designed to introduce students in grades 6 to 8 to foundational skills in technology. The program included interactive workshops on artificial intelligence . 

The IBM Skill Build Program aimed to cultivate early interests in technology among the students. Key objectives included enhancing digital literacy, introducing AI and its types. Professionals from IBM shared insights about careers in technology and the importance of AI in future and also informed about the free courses which will be accessed by students . In return students will be given certificates after completion of course which is beneficial in future. At the end of the students expressed their  interest in pursuing further studies in technology and coding. 

The IBM Skill Build Program successfully engaged students in grades 6 to 8 fostering interest and skills in technology. The positive feedback and increased interest in technology careers suggest that this initiative effectively met its goals.
