The school successfully organized the 2-day Infantine Badminton Cup at the Sports Complex in Sector 78, Mohali. The event witnessed an impressive turnout, with teams from 10 various schools across the region participating, showcasing the sportsmanship and enthusiasm of young athletes.
The event featured both singles and doubles matches in multiple categories, allowing young players to display their talent, agility, and determination on the court. After intense competition over the two days, the teams from St Anne's School emerged as the overall winners, clinching the championship trophy.
The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony was Rev Fr Lancy Paul, the Assistant Priest In Charge at St. Padre Pio Church, Bishop’s House, Chandigarh. Addressing the participants, Fr emphasized the importance of sports in a balanced education, stating how sports play a vital role in shaping discipline, resilience, and teamwork in young minds.
